Services
Provider delivers project-based software engineering consulting, technical reviews, and implementation support as described in a written statement of work (SOW) or email confirmation. Unless the SOW states otherwise, services are professional consulting—not managed operations or 24/7 incident response.
Fees and payment
Fees, currency, and payment milestones are defined only in the SOW. This public site does not list prices. Late payments may pause work after notice.
Client responsibilities
You will provide timely access to repositories, environments, and stakeholders needed for the agreed scope. Delays in access may shift delivery dates.
Confidentiality
Both parties will treat non-public technical and business information as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public without breach.
Intellectual property
Unless the SOW specifies differently, deliverables created specifically for you are assigned upon full payment of the related fees. Pre-existing Provider tools and general know-how remain with Provider.
Warranties and liability
Services are performed with professional care appropriate to software consulting. Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of your systems. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law forbids such limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei City have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
Provider may update these terms for future engagements; the version on this page applies to new inquiries from 26 October 2026 onward.
